Overview
At ziteny, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help make things right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility & Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

You must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Initiate the return: Contact us at help@ziteny.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.

Wait for approval: If your return request is accepted, we will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship the item: Securely pack the item and send it back to us. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
